I. fill out the contact form + hop on a call with me
I will follow up within 24 hours to answer initial questions you may have and to schedule a video call with you. I love meeting and getting to know potential clients. This is an opportunity for you to ask any additional questions.

II. Sign the contract + pay the retainer
Once you do this you are officially on my calendar and your wedding date will block out the entire day. This makes it easy to add extra hours to your film collection if needed.

III. Fill Out the questionnaire
I will have you share some final details with me more than one month out from your wedding. This is also a chance to hop on another video call with me to go over any unique circumstances or traditions that would be easier to discuss rather than write out in an email. I will work with planners to get floor layouts and do any needed prep work such as visit the venue and review your wedding day timeline.

IV. on your wedding day
We (Analise and her second shooter) arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early to start setting up and get drone footage if the weather and location allow it. I have my FAA Part 107 drone certificate and can legally fly my drone in many but not all locations in the US.
We work with your photographer(s) throughout the day to capture every moment. We mic key players during the ceremony and attach a special pencil microphone to the handheld microphone during toasts to capture professional audio recordings. We have back-up audio sources too! Your ceremony and toasts are always recorded from at least two different angles.

V. after your wedding day
You will receive your Instagram reel sneak peek about 1 week post wedding. You will then get a trailer, your highlight film, and your ceremony film in that order within 2-4 months. Your trailer and highlight film will be sent you via YouTube at first, then they will be available with your ceremony film on VidFlow - a website video-hosting platform for high-quality digital downloads of your wedding film collection. This will be available to you for 10 years.

Film collections start at $3600 for six hours of coverage. All packages include a highlight film and ceremony film along with a short Instagram teaser (1 week post wedding day) and trailer.

In order to avoid an copyright issues, I pay for music licensing through a company that has specific music on their website available to use for my wedding films. I typically select the music but am always open to learning about the genres you enjoy and am matching the music as much as possible to your personalities, wedding day vibe, and preferences.
